TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read and agree to the terms and conditions found here before attending the event.
The Events 4 Fun and Special Brew Productions hereafter referred to as the organisers and the licensees reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue.
If you appear under 18 you may be asked for ID at the bar.
Tickets cannot be refunded and duplicate tickets or wristbands will not be issued in the event of loss.
No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of the organisers. Any ticket transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the site.
Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in any photography, filming and/or audio recording taking place during the event.
The organisers reserve the right to make any change to the line-up owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
The organisers will not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen property.
Customers found to be causing damage to The Longlands – 299 Marton Rd, Middlesbrough TS4 2HF hereafter referred to as the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site or in breach of these conditions will be ejected from the venue and may be subject to prosecution.
Any person found to be behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous will be ejected from the venue without refund.
The organisers reserve the right to search all persons and personal property, and refuse admission to anyone who refuses to be searched by a security official.
No illegal substances may be brought in to the venue — any found will lead to prosecution.
No alcohol to be taken into the venue. Any item that is deemed unsuitable may be confiscated and not returned at our discretion. This includes fireworks, smoke canisters, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), offensive weapons or other similar articles and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.
The festival organisers will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all advertised event facilities and performances are available and or take place, however, but in the event that it is not reasonably possible to do so as a result of issues that are beyond their control, no refunds will be given.
In the event of cancellation of the event in its entirety, refunds will only be given for the cost of tickets.
WARNING — Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing. Strobe lighting may be used during the event
The possession of a ticket shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them.
In the event of any breach of these conditions, the organisers reserve the right to cancel this ticket without refund.
